This was the second contest in which KMS students have participated this year—our ROOKIE year! The contest was very well organized and Kinkaid students did very well. Mr. Gessel and Mrs. Meyer are again very proud of their enthusiasm, their efforts, and their behavior at the contest!
The students had a valuable experience in robotic competitions this year. Students observed winning strategies for next year, but also gained important teamwork skills during the competition. Students learned that planning, strategy and preparation are very important, and the students all will begin preparing for next year’s contest as early as they can!
The Middle School will be having a student assembly in early April where the students will tell about their experiences showing pictures and video of our first year in KMSRC.
